For a person interested in personal development the existence of so many
systems nowadays might make this choice a difficult one. Available for
children, youngsters, adults or retired, for singles or married, for leaders or
team members, such systems seems to cover all possible life angles and
necessities. The question arising is wether such a choice should be strictly
related to the existence of various life problems which require
mending, or if the interest to learn about ourselves has a much deeper
meaning. In this lecture I would like to address this question and aim to offer
some possible answers in connection with the ancient eastern spiritual systems
(like yoga, tantra yoga, taoism, alchemy and so on).
About the speaker
Dr. Phys. Doru Bodea (Ph.D.) is teaching Yoga from different traditions
(such as: Hatha Yoga, Tantra Yoga, Svara Yoga, Karma Yoga, Raja Yoga, Jnana Yoga,
Laya Yoga a. o.) for many years throughout Europe.
His elaborate scientific background of research and teaching in the field of modern
physics interestingly kept deepening his faith in the relevance of his spiritual
