According to the yogic wisdom almost everything we are confronted with during our life has a meaning, and even a profound spiritual significance. When correctly understood and integrated from the spiritual perspective, life difficulties can miraculously turn into genuine opportunities for transformation. Approaching our daily problems but also our crisis and our existential troubles in a systematic manner and following an efficient yogic methodology, we have the chance to become the masters of our own destinies, of our own lives.
We propose you an efficient yogic technique, based on a simple program of action, and using the occult principle of resonance which can be applied from the simple daily problems to the complex and many times uncomfortable existential crisis.
