Wander freely between two parallel spaces offering a variety of sessions. Let your intuition guide you, and move at your own rhythm.

A Day of Light, Connection & Inner Harmony

Every year on June 21st, people around the world celebrate International Yoga Day—a time to rediscover the profound wisdom of yoga as a path of transformation, balance, and inner peace. It’s more than physical movement—it’s a gateway to a connected, meaningful life.

At the same time, this day marks the Summer Solstice—the longest day of the year and a cosmic turning point. Ancient cultures saw this as a moment of powerful solar energy, inviting reflection, growth, and awakening.

By bringing these two sacred occasions together, we create a vibrant space for spiritual practice, soul nourishment, and joyful connection.

Whether you’re new to the path or walking it for years—you are welcome here. Let’s come together in the spirit of peace, light, and inner transformation.
