An evening workshop full of playful exercises to discover the ancient tantric teachings together with a heartful gathering around the bonfire with music and snacks.

The workshop will be 3,5 hours long, followed by a bonfire for the ones, who want to stay.

18:45 – Lecture about the yogic perspective of polarity
19:15 – Playful exercises
22:00 – Bonfire with music and snacks (open end)
