Drop-in and join Benedict at Ananda Yoga Centre for yoga practice, breath work, meditation and conversations on yoga and spirituality every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Have you ever been interested in trying out yoga, but not had the time or found classes too expensive? Here in the beautiful oasis of Ananda Yoga Centre we are offering the chance for everyone to come and explore yoga practice or deepen their existing yoga practice in guided sessions, followed by open floor talks on the origins and benefits of yoga.

Benedict is a yoga practitioner and teacher with over twenty years of experience in practice and guidance of yoga students. He shares his own transformative journey and experience with others to help them find the answers they are looking for in their own life and which the traditional yoga system can supply for everyone.

These sessions are designed for all-comers, there is no previous experience necessary.
